Sysology
provides many value add services for our clients. These
services include site submission services, statistics
packages, link-checker, and monthly maintenance.
Search Engine Submission
The
most important way to reach clientele through the internet
is through search engines and directories. A top 10
ranking in a major search engine will often generate
more targeted traffic than an expensive banner advertising
campaign - and, a good search engine position is like
highly targeted advertising that is both free, and effective!
You may choose to submit to the search engines independently
or, in order to save time, you may choose to utilize
our services. The most important thing is that your
web site is submitted for indexing by the search engines.
Our
company provides two different methods of submission.
- One
time submission to the 43 largest search engines and
400 directories. This submission could be done up
to 4 times/month.
Cost is $15/submission.
Although
this service will solve an immediate problem, if you
are interested in getting the most from your submissions
to search engines and directories, I would suggest
our WebPosition service.
- WebPosition
Service. This intelligent software not only does auto-submits,
but also checks your site design to ensure prime placement,
changing submissions as required by each search engine.
Our WebPosition service also gives suggestions for
your site's wording and setup in order to ensure the
best placement in search engines and directories.
WebPostion monitors keyword performance, and tracks
the number of visitors to your site, where they came
from and what keywords they used to find you.
Cost: $40/setup, $25/month.
Statistics
The
next important factor in a successful site is knowing
your clientele well. Statistics allow you to not only
see where your customers come from, but also when they
visit your site, what pages they visit etc. This information
will allow for you to design productive marketing strategies
for your business.
We
offer two option for statistics:
- Free
Analog Stats - These provide all the statistics you
require, although not in graphical format.
Cost: $0.00/month.
- Enhanced
stats: This service provides all the statistics you
require, in an easy to setup, use and understand graphical
format.
Cost: $5.00/month.
Link-checker
There
is nothing more annoying than broken links. Broken links
waste visitor's valuable time and discourage return
visits to your site. A good links page gives visitors
a great reason to keep coming back, so you should ensure
that the links provided on your links page are always
up-to-date. Our link-checker service, performed by Sysology
personnel, automatically checks every link on your site.
Any broken links found are manually checked. An email
report is then sent to an address specified by your
company with details of the broken links.
Cost: $15.00/month for 5 pages. Over 5 pages $2.00/page.
Site
Maintenance
Our company provides monthly maintenance services for
any clients who require them. If you choose to have
our in-house designers perform monthly updates (i.e.
change articles, links, photos) we will be happy to
determine a monthly fee based on the work generally
required. You may also choose to pay by the hour, as
required. Our regular fee of $40.00/hr will apply (0.5
hr minimum). If you choose to perform updates yourself,
our designers will accommodate this as much as possible
within the site design.
